Operative hysteroscopy

Indicated for uterine polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, uterine septa, abnormal uterine bleeding, retained products of conception or placental tissue, as well as foreign bodies in the uterine cavity. The procedure is performed under general intravenous anesthesia.

Diagnostic hysteroscopy

Visual examination of the uterine cavity for accurate diagnosis in cases of abnormal bleeding, suspected endometrial pathology, unexplained infertility (including IVF preparation), or prior to treatment planning. Histological examination is included in the price.

What to know before your procedure

Is hospitalisation required?

No. Hysteroscopy is an outpatient procedure. After recovery in our dedicated room, you go home the same day.

Is it painful?

The procedure is performed under general intravenous anaesthesia — you are asleep and feel nothing. Mild discomfort after the procedure is possible and typically resolves within a few hours.

How should I prepare?

Your doctor will give you personalized instructions at the consultation.

When will I receive the histology results?

Histological analysis is included in the price of the procedure. Results are ready within 7–10 days — your doctor will contact you and explain everything in your language.
